Data Deletion Policy

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing microsaassolutions@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. What Gets Deleted

• Your profile and account credentials
• Connected professional network accounts
• Campaigns and settings
• Contacts, leads, and messages
• Usage and analytics data

3. Timeline

We begin deletion immediately upon verified request and complete removal from active stores within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups may persist until the backup rotates, after which they are purged. Invoices and records required for tax/legal compliance are retained as required by law.
